Short answer: to have a made-to-order engagement ring in your hands by Friday 12 February 2027, place your order by Wednesday 13 January 2027. Valentine's Day 2027 falls on a Sunday (14 February), so we aim for the Friday before. Every ring is signed for on delivery, and someone needs to be home to take it.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or US federal holidays. Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Monday 18 January) falls inside the making window, and we have counted around it. The dates use the longest time in each range, so there is a small cushion built in.
Our timing and policies, as written on our site
- Made-to-order rings: 10 to 14 business days to make, then 5 to 7 business days in transit. About 3 weeks in total.
- Free, fully insured shipping in the US. An adult signature is required on delivery.
- Changes or cancellation: within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Returns and exchanges: 30 days from delivery, on unworn rings with the original box and IGI report. See the full return policy.
- Fully custom designs made from your own CAD sketch need extra time, and we agree the schedule with you first.
What if it is already past 13 January?
Contact us before you order and tell us your date. A faster courier option is available at checkout once the ring is made, which can shorten the delivery step. Our dates above do not assume faster shipping, so we will tell you honestly whether your date is still possible.
Our advice: do not order on the last day. A delay in delivery, or a missed signature, can cost a day, and you want time to check the ring and, if needed, adjust the size.
Before you order: a short checklist
- Know the ring size. If you are not sure, read our guide on how to measure ring size at home. Free resizing is included, but a correct size on day one saves time.
- Pick the style early. Browse engagement rings, toi et moi rings or a ring set, and choose the metal: 10K, 14K or 18K gold, or platinum.
- Plan the delivery. The package needs an adult signature. Choose an address where someone will be home, or where you can receive it without her seeing.
- Keep the IGI report. Each centre stone comes with an IGI report. It stays with the ring box.

When is the last day to order a ring for Valentine's Day 2027?
For a made-to-order ring, Wednesday 13 January 2027 gives you a Friday 12 February arrival, using the longest times in our ranges.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping within the US is free and fully insured.
What if the ring does not fit?
Resizing is included. Please contact us before taking the ring to another jeweler, because work by a third party can affect return eligibility.
Can I return it if she wants something else?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn rings, with the original box and IGI report. Designs made from a custom CAD commission are final sale, except for defects.
