How long does a custom piece take?

12–14 business days from your design approval to shipping, plus delivery time.

Does my custom ring come with an IGI report?

Yes. The center stone comes with its IGI laboratory-grown diamond report.

Can I return a custom piece?

Custom orders are made just for you, so they are final sale. Resizing is free.

Can I send a photo of a design I like?

Yes. Attach up to two images to the form and tell us what you love about them.
