• Production Timelines: Because our jewelry is meticulously handcrafted to order, production begins shortly after payment is received. Production typically takes 2 weeks, followed by 1 week for standard shipping. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these delivery timelines.
• Availability: Product availability cannot be guaranteed. If materials or featured items run out of stock, we will contact you via email within five business days and will not charge you for unfulfilled orders.
• Order Rejection: We reserve the right to reject an order after it has been placed if we fail to obtain payment authorization, if there are shipping restrictions, or if the item is permanently out of stock.

4. Payment Processing

We currently accept secure payments through PayPal.

• By completing the payment procedures, you attest that you are the card’s authorized user.
