Octa Pearl offers free shipping throughout the United States. All the orders will be fully insured.

Signature Requirements

Yes! To ensure your fine jewelry is delivered to you safely, we always insist on shipping with signature required upon delivery on all our orders. But due to COVID-19, our shipping carriers are taking measures to keep their employees and customers safe, while continuing to provide excellent service. In the interest of our safety, UPS and FedEx Signature Required guidelines are temporarily being adjusted such that consignees will no longer need to sign for Signature required deliveries. At the time of delivery, please be available to acknowledge that UPS or FedEx is making a delivery and, if applicable, show a government-issued photo ID. Drivers are also permitted to leave a package without requesting a signature if the neighborhood has been deemed “safe”.

All orders placed on octapearl.com are eligible for gift packing with no extra cost. Send gifts to your loved one with our magical packing.

When Will Our Orders Be Shipped?

All orders placed require certain days to process before they are finally shipped. While placing an order, you will be shown an estimated delivery time on the product page and also before making payments. A working day does not include Saturday, Sunday, or any public holiday. Certain custom orders might take longer than the estimated delivery time. Orders placed Monday – Friday before 3 PM PST will be processed the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM PST or over the weekend will be processed on the following working day.

International Shipping

Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays in delivery including customs clearance.

Delivery Details

For items that are in-stock and ready to ship, in certain cases processing may take up to 2 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. All items are made-to-order and take approximately 8 business days for production. This does not include weekends and holidays.

We provide various options for you to select the shipping carriers. Expedited shipping might not be free.

Packaging

Our packaging includes a certificate of authenticity & Jewelry box unless it’s a gift packing. For gift packing, we will additionally gift wrap the box and include your suggested gift notes that will be printed with your special message. It will be printed exactly as entered, so make sure there are no errors and no emoji are used! We want to make unboxing special for everyone, even when it’s a gift for yourself! That said, we will combine items into one box if it is not indicated that it is a gift.

Return Policy

We want your purchase from Octa Pearl to be filled with warm feelings of affection. Within 30 days of your transaction, we will gladly give you an exchange if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

A refund or exchange for an online purchase may only be made during the first 30 days; requests made after that time will not be honored.

Jewelry still in its original packaging is eligible for a refund or exchange, but it must not be worn, altered, lost, or modified.

Custom Orders

Custom-made items are not available for exchanges or refunds. Therefore, check all the information before placing an order.

Returns for custom orders are only allowed in the event that there was a manufacturing error.

Our Return Policy

The items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days for a return or exchange, along with complete product documentation.

To expedite an exchange for a different product, we advise that you place a new order after returning the original goods for a refund. Allow two weeks for the processing of your refund.

If the package or item delivered to you is damaged, kindly deny the delivery or contact us at +1 (551) 342-2092. Octa Pearl will not be held liable for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Non – Refundable Items

Special orders are final sales; therefore, unless you get a product with a manufacturing flaw, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.

The cost of shipping is not refundable.

Product or documentation-related returns won’t be processed.

How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange

To return a diamond or Jewelry item to Octa Pearl, please follow the steps below:

  • Within 30 days of your purchase, you are free to choose the carrier you want to use to send your goods.
  • If your item was supplied with the diamond certificate or report and that certificate or report is not returned, you will be responsible for a replacement of $150 (or comparable value).

After Your Return Is Received

Returns are typically examined within 24 business hours of being received, after which they are added to our database. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been logged into our system, letting you know that it has been sent to our quality assurance department. Please give this process 5 to 10 business days to finish.

Your PayPal account will be credited with payments made through PayPal in 3-5 working days.

Please be aware that greater return volumes can cause reprocessing times to quadruple after a lengthy vacation.

We will make every effort to facilitate the change of order before shipment confirmation. Several reasons cause delivery delays. We cannot accommodate revisions or cancellations for special orders or goods that have already been dispatched.
