Every piece is made to order in 12–14 business days, then shipped free and insured within the US. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn pieces in original condition, including engraved ones. Bespoke custom (CAD) designs are final sale.
Every ring includes free resizing. Clean with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush, and store each piece separately to avoid scratches.

Every center stone is a lab-grown diamond graded by IGI. The shape, carat, color and clarity are listed on each product page, and you can check the report number on igi.org.
A lab-grown diamond is a diamond created in a laboratory instead of mined from the earth. It is made of carbon in the same crystal structure as a mined diamond and has essentially the same optical, physical and chemical properties. Every Octa Pearl center stone comes with an IGI report that identifies it as laboratory-grown. Your IGI report number is laser-inscribed on the stone, so you can check it on IGI's website.

Yes. Every diamond we use is a lab-grown diamond: grown in a lab, not mined, with the same chemical, physical and optical makeup as a mined diamond.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn and in its original condition with the box and IGI report. Engraved pieces can be returned too.
