Order Processing & Production Times At OctaPearl, we take pride in meticulously handcrafted jewelry. Because our pieces are made specifically for you, please review our timeline below so you know exactly when to expect your order:

• Made-to-Order Items (Standard): The majority of our items, including engagement rings, are made to order. Please allow 2 weeks (10-14 business days) for production and quality control before your item is shipped.
• Custom & Unique Designs: If you have requested a highly customized or unique design, the production time may take longer than 2 weeks. We will communicate the expected timeline with you directly.
• In-Stock Items: Select items that are in stock and ready to ship will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Note: Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or any public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Times Once your jewelry has finished production and passes our quality check, it will be shipped. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.

• Standard Free Shipping (US): OctaPearl offers free shipping throughout the United States. All orders will be fully insured. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 1 week (5-7 business days).
• Therefore, for a standard made-to-order ring, please expect a total of approximately 3 weeks from the date you place your order until it arrives at your door.
• Shipping Options: We provide various options for you to select shipping carriers at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping might not be free.

Signature Requirements & Security Please make sure to check the package for any damage or tampering before signing for or accepting it.

Yes! To ensure your fine jewelry is delivered to you safely, we always insist on shipping with a signature required upon delivery for all our orders. At the time of delivery, please be available to acknowledge the delivery and, if applicable, show a government-issued photo ID. (Please note that carrier guidelines occasionally allow drivers to leave a package without requesting a signature if the neighborhood has been deemed "safe").

Packaging & Gift Options Our packaging includes a certificate of authenticity and a jewelry box, unless it’s a gift packing.

All orders placed on octapearl.com are eligible for gift packing at no extra cost! Send gifts to your loved one with our magical packing. For gift packing, we will additionally gift wrap the box and include your suggested gift notes printed with your special message. It will be printed exactly how it is entered, so make sure there are no errors and no emojis are used! We want to make unboxing special for everyone, even when it’s a gift for yourself. That said, we will combine items into one box if it is not indicated that it is a gift.
