A refund or exchange for an online purchase may only be made during the first 30 days; requests made after that time will not be honored.
Jewelry must be in its original packaging, and must not be worn, altered, lost, or modified to be eligible for return or exchange.
Custom-made items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Please verify all details before placing your order.
Returns for custom orders are allowed only in the case of a manufacturing defect.
All items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days, along with complete product documentation, to qualify for a return or exchange.
To expedite an exchange, we recommend placing a new order after returning the original item. Allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed.
