Placing An Order

As a buyer, you have the flexibility to personalize specific product details such as gold purity, ring size, diamond purity, and color before adding them to your shopping basket. You have the option to select diamonds from a vast collection of solitaire items and loose diamonds based on the certification lab and various other criteria that align with your budget.

Once you add an item to the cart, you have two options: either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. The checkout process comprises four easy steps: billing address, shipping address, payment, and order confirmation.

After placing your order, we will send you an email to acknowledge its specifics, which serves as proof that we have received your request. However, this email is not an order confirmation. Please note that orders are not considered finalized until we receive payment.

We would like to notify you that availability of the product cannot be guaranteed, and therefore all orders are subject to availability. Despite our best efforts, there may be occasions when the featured items in our store run out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you via email within five business days and will not charge you for unfulfilled orders.

If we fail to obtain payment authorization, there are shipping restrictions for a particular item, or we do not have the item in stock, we reserve the right to reject your order even after it has been placed.

We only accept payments through PayPal right now. You attest that you are the card’s authorized User by completing the payment procedures. The card issuer must validate and authorize each and every credit/debit cardholder. We shall not be held responsible for any delivery delays or non-delivery if the credit/debit card company refuses to authorize payment to OCTA PEARL.
