Our Return Policy
To initiate a return or exchange, please make sure to send the item in its original packing within 30 days. Once the item arrives at our facility, your request is processed within 24 hours. It may take up to 5 days to complete the refund process and for funds to show in your account. Thank you for your cooperation.
If the package or item delivered to you is damaged, kindly deny the delivery or contact us at +1 (609) 908-1179. Octa Pearl will not be held liable for lost or damaged returned shipments.
Non – Refundable Items
Engraved or custom items, are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, we cannot refund the cost of shipping.
Returns related to product or documentation issues will not be processed.
Prepare for Return Or Exchange
We’d be happy to help you with your return to Octa Pearl. Please keep in mind that you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your diamond or jewelry item. You may choose any carrier you prefer, but we recommend using insured shipping to ensure the safe and secure return of your item. Remember to include diamond certification. If the certification is lost, there will be a replacement charge of $150.
After Your Return Is Received
Thank you for your message. We process returns within 24 business hours of receipt and will send you a confirmation email. Please note that it may take 4-5 business days for the return to be processed. If you made a payment through PayPal, your account will be credited within 4-5 working days. Please keep in mind that a high volume of returns can cause longer processing times, especially after a lengthy vacation. Thank you for understanding.
Cancel Or Change An Order
Call an Octa Pearl Consultant at +1 (609) 908-1179 if you want to modify or cancel an order email us at info@octapearl.com. We will make every effort to make a change to your order it ships. Orders already dispatched with the shipping company can not be canceled.
